Kenneth E. Pieper has more than 20 years’ experience in investor relations and business
communications. He has worked with more than 230 mid- and small-cap companies in the areas of
investor relations strategic counsel and program development; investment message development;
and investment community marketing. From 1989 to 2002, Ken headed up the Dallas office of
Morgen-Walke Associates, a leading investor relations firm. During this time, the Dallas office
worked with more than 50 clients headquartered in Texas. In addition, he headed the firm’s
investment community marketing efforts in the Southwest and Midwest where he has developed an
unrivaled network of sellside, buyside and investment banking contacts. Prior to Morgen-Walke,
Ken headed up the internal investor relations efforts at Hogan Systems, a banking software
company; Daisy System Corporation, an EDA software developer, and Diversifoods, Inc., a
national restaurant operator and franchiser. Ken has a BJ in Journalism, a BA in Economics and
an MBA in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Dave M. Mossberg - Having been an audience for investor relations pitches during his seven
year career as an equity analyst, Dave’s experience and relationships within the investment
community give him a unique perspective on investor relations. Dave has covered a variety of
companies spanning multiple industries and market sizes including: Texas Instruments, Southwest
Airlines, Brinker, Wal-Mart, Zale Corporation, Tekelec, InterVoice Brite, Inet Technologies, Cellstar,
and many others. From 1999 to 2002, Dave was a senior analyst for Southwest Securities
covering the telecom equipment industry. At Southwest, Dave developed an industry expertise on
next generation communications systems and authored several industry and company reports.
Prior to joining Southwest, Dave ran the research department of First Dallas Securities, covering a
variety of Southwest-based companies. Dave served in the United States Army as an Interrogator/
Russian linguist. Dave received both his BBA in Finance and BBA in International Business from
the University of Texas at Arlington and holds a MBA from Southern Methodist University. Dave is
a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR) and Dallas Society
of Financial Analysts.
