What We Do
Whether its attracting new sellside analyst coverage or adding new institutional shareholders, Beacon
Street Group's investor relations programs are designed to generate tangible results.   In order to retain
existing holders and attract new ownership, we believe companies must take a proactive approach in
educating their investor base and addressing their concerns.
Relationship Building - Beacon Street Group’s network of investment community contacts is one of
our firm’s most valuable assets.  For it is through making introductions to this network that Beacon
Street Group adds significant value to its clients.  We introduce our clients to the RIGHT group of
sellside and buyside investors that will support a company in achieving its strategic goals.  By making
the RIGHT introductions, we also make the best use of management’s time and other corporate
resources.  We provide value with the following activities:
Executing a targeted buyside and sellside marketing campaign
Developing and maintaining solid relationships with existing holders and analysts
Providing feedback from meetings and follow-up interviews to continuously update the investment
message
Analyzing support provided by current investment banking relationships.
Develop investment thesis and communications plan - Being descriptive about your company is
different from being persuasive to investors. Describing your company is easy. Persuading investors is
hard. Investors are motivated by two basic emotions…greed and fear.  At Beacon Street Group we
build an investment thesis that addresses the risk and reward merits of the company.   What are the
reasons for owning a company's stock, what are the risks, and how does a company's managment deal
with those risks.  Our messaging activites include:
Developing a dynamic investment thesis and key supporting messages that are consistent with
corporate strategy
Draftng and assisting in the editing of financial releases.
Preparing conference call scripts and discussing anticipated questions and suggested answers.
Assisting in the drafting of all investor-related communications
Ensuring investment message is communicated across all communications
Provide ongoing investor relations counsel - When it comes to dealing with a pressing corporate
or investor relations matter, such as communicating an earnings shortfall, coping with new SEC rules,
or anticpating how the investment community will react to a potential M&A transaction, we have the
knowledge and experience to provide insightful counsel to our clients.  As part of our investment
community networking efforts, the principals of Beacon Street Group regularly meet with members of
the investment community to guage changes in investor sentiment and to understand investment
community reactions to various regulatory issues.
Providing senior level insight into dealing with corporate investor relations issues
Providing counsel on regulatory matters (i.e. Reg FD, Sarbanes-Oxley)
Advising on timing and content of material news releases and other communications
